Evergreen Cottage

This cottage is under construction and will be complete by May 1 with first check-in on May 15.
Studio layout sleeps up to 4 with a King size bed and Full sleeper sofa. Includes small microwave, refrigerator, HDTV with satellite channels, complimentary wi-fi and 10'x16' deck with outdoor seating (and views of Long's Peak!)

Fern Lake Cottage

Cottage built in 2008; flooring and woodwork upgraded in 2012. Includes two bedrooms with queen beds, fully equipped kitchen, rocking chairs on the large front porch with mountain views.
