Wapiti is a charming and cozy one bedroom cottage one block from downtown Estes Park. This cottage includes a moss rock wood-burning fireplace, fully-equipped kitchen, re-claimed beetle-kill pine floor, mountain views, charcoal grill and a 6' privacy wood fence around front yard.

Wapiti has one bedroom with a queen size bed and a ceiling fan. The living area includes a queen La-Z-Boy sleeper sofa, wood burning fire place and a ceiling fan. Wapiti sleeps up to a maximum of 4 (the guest count includes children/infants per town code).

This cottage also includes a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven/stove, microwave, refrigerator and place settings for 4. The cottage has a flat screen Smart TV with Dish. Access all your favorite streaming apps with your log-in. Wifi is always complimentary.

Wapiti has it's own front yard with a 6' privacy fence. The cottage has a gas outdoor grill.

Wapiti is located 1 block from downtown Estes Park within easy walking of shopping, dining and the river walk (the river runs parallel to the main street downtown). It's a short 3.5 mile drive to Rocky Mountain National Park. Great views of The Stanley Hotel!

We use a lock box approach for check-in and live on our main property. Our main property is one block up the hill from the Wapiti Cottage. We're here to help as needed and provide advise on hikes, restaurants and other activity on request, but we never intrude.

We love our neighborhood! It's a quiet, older residential neighborhood and the Wapiti Cottage is just one block up the hill from the main street in Estes Park. It's an easy walk to all the activities and you never have to worry about parking downtown.

Our location is perfect to walk downtown to shopping, dining and to enjoy the lovely river walk that is parallel to our main street. There's also a free shuttle service in the summer months with stops throughout Estes Park and also up into the Rocky Mountain National Park.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $75.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
